Really enjoyed it. Overall had FUN stay for a night. We stayed in a standard queen room complete with the other snacks, the TV and a tea. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were available too. The food was good and the staff was extremely helpful and very professional.

The staff at An Shinjuku Kabukicho were incredibly helpful during our stay. When we arrived, we were initially given a room that didn't match the internet images and smelled of smoke. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation and moved us to a different room. Their prompt action made our 5-day stay much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service and willingness to ensure guest satisfaction.

Loved the big TV with all the entertainment options, and having a laptop and computer in the room was a nice touch. The 24-hour front desk was handy for all my late-night needs.
Oh, and the designated smoking areas were just delightful. Nothing like a cloud of smoke to enhance a romantic getaway.

The room exceeded my expectations, with a spacious layout and great lighting features. the staff were excellent, especially the English-speaking Filipino staff who were always ready to assist with any queries. They even went above and beyond by helping with my luggage transfer. the location was very convenient, offering easy access to key areas.
The air conditioning in my room was a bit tricky to operate, resulting in a slightly warm temperature at night. However, this may have been a specific issue with my room.
